Our Roots

Tasman Global was founded by Adrienne Flatland in 2015, a Dutch American with 11 years of experience with Epic implementations. After her experience on one of the first international teams in the United Arab Emirates, Adrienne moved to the Netherlands and founded Tasman to bridge the gap between Epic and the needs of Epic’s international organizations. Tasman was built on a passion to improve global patient care and to provide world-class expertise to healthcare IT teams around the world in their EMR journey.

Who We Are Today

Today, Tasman is a specialized group of experienced former Epic employees and industry experts, dedicated to continuing Adrienne’s vision to provide healthcare teams around the world the best advice possible. We are passionate about the global challenges of healthcare.

We continue to grow and our specialized team can provide you with the knowledge to help you and your organization navigate your EMR implementation. Our team members, on average, have 6 Epic certifications and over 6 years of Epic implementation experience with 8 Epic organizations.

Why Tasman?

Tasman Global is named after Abel Tasman, a Dutch explorer known for being the first European explorer to set eyes on New Zealand, Tasmania (his namesake) and the Fiji Islands. Between our Dutch roots and specialization in international implementations, the Tasman name represents our passion for being part of healthcare transformations around the world.

Global Experience You Can Trust

From day one, Tasman advisors are able to provide your organization with world class expertise. No need for training. Our advisors have experience across four countries and counting, which means you have a partner that has seen the challenges of an international EMR implementation before.

Global challenges are unique, shouldn’t your advisors be too?
